A waitlist platform, run from A to Z.
A viral waitlist platform. Anyone can build the launch page without writing code, wire automations that hand out real rewards, and read metrics that actually explain their growth — while the founder watches the whole business from one console. He designed it in Lovable on our Starter plan. We built everything underneath.

From nothing to live, in four steps
What a founder sees: pick a template and brand the page, wire the automation that rewards sharing, choose who can join — then flip the switch. No code at any point.
The Lovable prototype
It began as a conversation, not a brief.
The founder designed the entire product in Lovable in under two weeks, on our Starter plan: the page builder, the template gallery, the automation editor, the reward screens, the participant portal and the founder's own admin view. It was not a brief or a mockup. It was the whole product, drawn end to end, and early customers tried to sign up on the spot. Our job was to make every pixel of it real.
Why it could not go live as it was
Viral is a nice word for a traffic spike. Fifty thousand people can join in ten minutes, and each one must get one exact position — a collision becomes a public argument on social media. Every automation has to fire exactly once per person even when webhooks retry, because the reward on the end of it is worth real money. The page each brand builds runs on strangers' phones and inside other companies' websites, where a slow script gets the whole product banned. And the founder needed to see all of it — every workspace, every payment, every failure — without asking anyone for a report. None of that exists until an engineer builds it.
What we did
- Queue and data engineering
- Automation engine
- Embeddable widget
- Security and signing

Midnight Countdown, live
The dark launch template as a visitor sees it: a four-part countdown to the drop, the waitlist card, and the count of everyone already in line.
Product decisions
What to build, and just as importantly what to leave out.
Brands create and manage waitlists end to end: hosted pages and embeds, live position tracking, automations that run the queue, and rewards that fulfill themselves when those automations fire.
A launch page, built without code
Brands pick a template, set their colours and fonts once, and every page — landing, sign-in, verify — restyles to match. Text is edited by clicking it. Desktop, tablet and phone are one toggle apart. Midnight Countdown, the dark launch template, ships with a live four-part countdown, a waitlist card and social proof already wired in.
Automations with rewards attached
The growth engine, written in plain sentences: someone signs up, they invite friends, they become an ambassador, they get rewarded. Brands set the referral threshold and pick the reward. When the rule fires, the reward fulfils itself — issued once, delivered, tracked, revocable.
Metrics that explain the growth
Not a page-views chart. Spread — how many people the average member brings. Depth — how far the longest referral chain reaches. Network health, top referrer today, and a referral tree you can open and walk person by person. These are the numbers that tell a brand whether the campaign is actually spreading or just being watched.
A founder's console over the whole platform
Behind the customer product sits the founder's own operating deck: every workspace and user, subscriptions, refunds and failed payments, webhook and job backlogs, incidents, moderation, data exports and a full audit trail. He runs the business from it instead of asking an engineer to run a query.
How it is built
The part nobody sees, which is the part that has to hold.
The same engineers who designed this still run it. Here is how it is put together and why we made those calls.
A queue that cannot collide
Positions are assigned by the database itself, in one atomic step, never calculated in code that can race. Ten people or ten thousand in the same minute, every position is exact, unique and provable — and the live count updates without a refresh.
Exactly-once automation runs
Every run is tied to a deterministic key, so a retried webhook, a dropped connection or a double tap lands on the same slot instead of firing twice. Failed runs retry themselves with backoff, and the brand sees the full history of what fired, when and why.
Pages that render anywhere, fast
Whatever a brand builds compiles into a self-contained page with no layout shift, and into an embed that loads fast, never touches the host site's styles and cannot see another brand's data. It renders in under 35 milliseconds on customer sites.
Rewards wired to real money
Gift cards, codes and wallet passes run through one guarded dispatch path enforced by the data layer. Passes are signed on our servers and update on the customer's phone the moment a reward lands. Every brand's signups, queues and rewards stay fully isolated from every other brand's.
Metrics computed off the write path
Spread, depth, network health and the referral tree are derived continuously without locking the table that signups are landing in. The dashboard can be read hard during a launch spike without slowing the launch down.

02
Click anything to change it
Landing, sign-in and verify pages edited in place, with desktop, tablet and phone one toggle apart. What you see is exactly what gets published.

03
Choose a template
Every template is previewed in the brand's own colours and fonts before a single choice is made — no code, no designer, no wait.

04
Automations, with rewards attached
Signs up, invites friends, becomes an ambassador, gets rewarded — written as sentences. The brand sets the threshold; the reward fulfils itself, exactly once.

05
The founder's console
Every workspace, user, subscription, refund, webhook, job and incident on the platform in one view — with zero open incidents and zero backlog on the day this was taken.

Where it is now
What it does for the people using it.
- 140,000+ waitlist entries processed with zero queue collisions.
- 13 launch templates, live and brand-styled in minutes without code.
- Zero open incidents and zero webhook backlog on the platform today.
- Over 850 campaigns run on it — built, operated and monitored by us on the Starter plan.

We can build it with you from nothing, or look at what exists today and tell you what to fix, what to build next and what to leave out.
