• Starter: $2,999 every month if we bill am yearly, or $3,999 every month month-to-month. Growth na custom and we dey price am by agreement.
• Prices dey for US dollars and dem no include VAT and other taxes, wey we go add where di law require.
• Stripe dey take payment at di start of each billing period. You dey pay yearly plans for di whole year in advance. Subscriptions dey renew automatically at di end of each period until you cancel.
• Third-party infrastructure wey you own (hosting, databases, external APIs) — those providers dey bill you directly, for di cost. E no dey inside di plan.
• If payment fail we go tell you and we fit pause work until you pay. We go give you 14 days to pay before we pause.
• We fit change prices for future periods with at least 30 days written notice. Change no dey ever apply to period wey you don already pay for.

You fit cancel anytime inside your Control Room: open di menu under your avatar and choose Billing & plans (organisation admins), wey go open Stripe secure billing portal. Anybody fit also cancel by email to hello@plutonapps.com. To cancel dey stop di next renewal: your plan go continue to run until di end of di period wey you don pay for, then e go end.

Yearly Starter plans fit get full refund if you ask inside 7 days after you buy am. If not, payments no dey refundable, and no partial or prorated refund dey. Growth plans dey follow di cancellation and refund terms for your own agreement with us. Di details dey our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We fit end di agreement if you seriously breach these terms and you no fix di breach inside 30 days after our written notice, or sharp-sharp if you use di service for unlawful way.

When you don pay in full for di work, ownership of di code and other deliverables wey we create for your product go transfer to you. Your data and your infrastructure accounts na always your own.

We dey keep ownership of our tools, templates, code and know-how wey dey before, and we dey give you perpetual, royalty-free licence to use any of dem wey end up inside your product.

To own your data no dey stop us from processing am for you while we dey run your product; na our Data Processing Agreement dey govern dat processing.

Na you dey responsible for di content and purpose of your product, for having lawful basis to collect your users data, and for your own privacy policy and terms for your users. No ask us to build anything wey dey against di law.

If your product need particular compliance standard (for example GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA or PCI DSS), tell us. We dey build with am in mind, but certification or audit of your product and business na your responsibility unless we agree something else for writing.

Each of us go keep di other person information wey no be public as confidential and use am only for dis agreement, during am and for 3 years after.

We dey do di work with reasonable skill and care. Apart from dat, we dey provide di service as e be, and we no dey promise say e no go ever stop or get error.

None of us dey liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or revenue. Each party total liability under dis agreement dey limited to di fees wey you pay us for di 12 months before di claim.

These limits no dey apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability wey law no allow make dem limit.

Di laws of United Arab Emirates (as dem dey apply for di Emirate of Dubai) dey govern these terms, and disputes dey go di courts for Dubai.
