Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 September 2026

These terms are the agreement between your business and Plutonapps when you subscribe to a plan or use the Control Room. Plutonapps is a service for businesses: by accepting these terms you confirm you are acting for a business, not as a consumer.

Who you are contracting with

Bose and Turing Innovations FZCO, trading as Plutonapps, a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates (an IFZA free zone company) (trade licence number 54549 (IFZA trade licence)), at IFZA Properties, A1 - 3641379065, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: [email protected].

If you accept these terms for a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind it. "You" means that company.

What we provide

You shape your product in Lovable; our engineers build it properly, launch it and keep it running, within the scope of the plan you choose. Your plan's current inclusions, response times and allowances are the ones shown on the pricing page and in your Control Room when you subscribe.

Response times are how quickly an engineer starts on a change, not a promise that the whole change is finished in that time.

Where a written order form or statement of work signed by both of us says something different, it wins over these terms for that engagement.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what people you invite to your account do there.

Plans, prices and payment

  • Starter: $2,999 per month when billed annually, or $3,999 per month month-to-month. Growth is custom and priced by agreement.
  • Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT and other taxes, which we add where the law requires.
  • Payment is taken by Stripe at the start of each billing period. Annual plans are paid for the year in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
  • Third-party infrastructure that you own (hosting, databases, external APIs) is billed to you directly by those providers, at cost. It is not included in the plan.
  • If a payment fails we will tell you and may pause work until it is paid. We give you 14 days to pay before pausing.
  • We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' written notice. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Account → Billing in your Control Room, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops the next renewal: your plan keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for, then ends.

Yearly Starter plans can be refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of purchase. Otherwise payments are not refundable, and there are no partial or prorated refunds. Growth plans follow the cancellation and refund terms in your own agreement with us. The details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may end the agreement if you seriously breach these terms and do not fix the breach within 30 days of our written notice, or straight away if you use the service unlawfully.

Ownership

When you have paid in full for the work, ownership of the code and other deliverables we create for your product transfers to you. Your data and your infrastructure accounts are always yours.

We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, code and know-how, and give you a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use any of it that ends up in your product.

Owning your data does not stop us processing it for you while we run your product; that processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content and purpose of your product, for having a lawful basis to collect your users' data, and for your own privacy policy and terms toward your users. Do not ask us to build anything unlawful.

If your product needs a particular compliance standard (for example GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA or PCI DSS), tell us. We build with it in mind, but certification or audit of your product and business is your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

Each of us keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for this agreement, during it and for 3 years after.

Warranties and liability

We do the work with reasonable skill and care. Apart from that, the service is provided as is, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or revenue. Each party's total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (as applied in the Emirate of Dubai), and disputes go to the courts of Dubai.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will email you at least 30 days before a material change takes effect; if you do not agree, you can cancel before it does.
