We collect what running the service needs: your account, your projects and messages, inquiries, billing records and cookieless analytics, and we do not sell personal data. You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, and we answer within one month.Terms of Service
The agreement between your business and Plutonapps: our engineers build, launch and run your product within the scope of your plan, and the code we create for it becomes yours once the work is paid for in full. It is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes go to the courts of Dubai.Refund & Cancellation Policy
Yearly Starter plans can be refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of purchase. Otherwise canceling stops the next renewal, your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and there are no partial or prorated refunds.Cookie Notice
We use only cookies the site needs to work, such as keeping you signed in, and no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so we do not ask for cookie consent. Every cookie and browser storage key is listed with what it does.Data Processing Agreement
When we build and run your product, you are the controller of your users' data and we are the processor, acting only on your instructions. It applies automatically to every subscription and includes breach notice within 48 hours and 30 days notice before we add a sub-processor.Sub-processors
