We start for 2018 as normal software company. Like di rest of di industry, we dey write every line of code by hand, and big products dey take months, no be weeks.
Dat foundation still matter. E teach us how systems dey behave under pressure, why small details dey add up, and wetin quality need when software don become important to people.
Today, we be 36 people wey don build 26 applications. We keep di engineering judgment wey we build over di years, but we change di way di work itself dey happen.

For 2018, to build serious software dey take 180 days of hard manual coding. For eight years na exactly so we take dey do am, line by line.
For 2026, AI change di rules of speed. We no fight am. We master am, and we rebuild di whole company around am inside one year.
Today our customers dey get inside less than 40 days wetin dey take half year before. But speed without engineering discipline dey dangerous. Na we be di discipline.
